Benefits of a VA - they are so numerous but let me name a few:
- The perfect commitment - I only pay for the services that are actually used. I don't pay a desk fee for an assistant, I don't provide office space, internet, etc. The arrangement of paying for hourly VA services is absolutely a win win situation.
- Work flow - my VA is working for me behind the scenes while I'm doing what I do best which is direct meetings with clients to service and generate business.
- Variety of services - my VA handles a wide variety of services from managing my social media, helping with technology, transaction management to input of new listings in my local MLS and across the board on my website and various other media. It would normally take me a full day of desk work to get a new listing up and going. Now, I continue with my day while my VA handles this task.
- Collaboration - when I have a new marketing campaign, my VA is very, very helpful in implementing from helping with design to final execution.
- Quick communication - my VA is just an email away during business hours and typically even before and after business hours if needed. If a phone call is needed I can sure reach out as well.
- New ideas - my VA has her hand on the pulse of the real estate market and is always readily available to share ideas that other agents have found successful around the country. She brings a wealth of info to my business.
I could go on and on about the benefits of a VA! As for limitations, I honestly don't have any. With quick communication in a business that develops at lightning speed, I see no limitations to the relationship I have with my VA.
